Bachelor's Degree in Human Services / Management
The Bachelor of Science in Human Services/Management program provides graduates with the basic skills and knowledge to work in the human services industry. The Bachelor of Science in Human Services/Management is an integrated program that merges management skills such as leading, organizing, planning, evaluating, and assessing, with academic instruction in the foundations of human services, including social work, counseling, and psychology. This program prepares students for professions in management as they enter the promising field of human services.
The BSHS/M Major is intended to be an applied degree consisting of teaching students good management practices, and approaches and procedures of intervention. Graduates will be ready to use strong management practices in a wide range of human services settings, and to make intercessions at individual, family, group, organizational, and community levels.
