Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership
The University of Phoenix's Doctor of Management (D.M.) degree program in Organizational Leadership supplies those with a professional master's degree a way to discover their individual inclination to become leaders in their current organizations or professions. The following admission requirements are expected to be met by all applicants to this program:
1) A regionally or nationally accredited U.S. master's degree
2) A cumulative graduate GPA of 3.0 or higher
3) Have the capability to attend residential workshops in Phoenix, AZ: 1st year-8 days; 2nd year-3 days; 3rd year-8 days
4) Three years of professional full-time employment, including supervisory experience, and currently employed
5) Three recommendation forms
6) A minimum score of 600 on the paper-based exam or 250 on the computer-based exam of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) for non-native speakers of English
