Doctorate in Health Administration
The Doctor of Health Administration (DHA) program trains leaders to deal professionally with the diverse and changing problems present in the field of healthcare. Graduating students will have the confidence to determine the future direction of the healthcare industry, and will be able to study and assess trends and concerns.
The following admission requirements are expected to be met by all applicants to this program:
1) A regionally or nationally accredited U.S. master's degree
2) A cumulative graduate GPA of 3.0 or higher
3) Have capability to attend residential workshops in Phoenix, AZ: 1st year - 8 days / 2nd year - 3 days / 3rd year - 8 days
4) Three years of professional full-time employment, including current or past employment in a health or health related occupation or leadership position
5) Three recommendation forms
6) A minimum score of 600 on the paper-based exam or 250 on the computer-based exam of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) for non-native speakers of English
