Bachelor's of Science in Public Administration
The Bachelor of Science in Business/Public Administration helps students learn how to incorporate business tools and principles organizationally. Students are introduced to theory and practices of organizational behavior, e-business, problem solving, management, critical thinking, and research and evaluation. By majoring in public administration, students learn how to effectively and efficiently use public resources correctly. The major focuses on program development, human resources, public finance, foundations of public administration, labor relations, implementation and valuation, and public policy formation. Graduates of this program will have developed the leadership skills necessary to manage multifaceted public programs.
