MBA in Health Care Management
Offered by the University of Phoenix, the Master of Business Administration/Health Care Management (MBA/HCM) degree program is designed to prepare students for a successful career in management working in a health care delivery system. Students will be exposed to a basic understanding of health care concepts and decision models that will portray a variety of management rolls readily seen in today's existing health care environment. They will then use skills of identification, analysis, and problem solving to come up with solutions for some of these common, yet complex management problems. Included in this program are courses in health care infrastructure, health care finance, health care strategic management, and quality and data base management.
